Please note, New York Times has changed to a new order system. During the transition, this website will accept the following reservation numbers:
- The old 9 digit reservation numbers (if your number is only 7 digits, add 00 to the end). Example: 123456789
- The new PPI 12 character numbers. Example: 1234567890_1
- The new SAP 18 character numbers. Example: 1234567890-001-001

Should you choose to submit a color proof, please overnight to RRD shipping address:
- Please put “File sent previously via website upload” on proof.
- If you are sending a disc with this proof please be sure to mark as “Back up”. The file on the disc will only be used if there are problems with the uploaded file.
- Provide a complete mailing address should the need arise for a proof submission after the content and color quality inspection is complete. See Digital Proofs for all proofing information.
If you are submitting a bleed ad, please verify the file contains the required .125".
