Should you choose to submit a color proof, please overnight to RRD shipping address:
- Please put “File sent previously via website upload” on proof.
- Please place a comment on the Upload form indicating the same.
- Provide a complete mailing address should the need arise for a proof submission after the content and color quality inspection is complete. See Digital Proofs for all proofing information.
Files must be named with the assigned NYT 9 digit reservation number prior to uploading:
- If your reservation number is only 7 digits, add 00 to the end.
- To obtain information regarding the 9 digit ad reservation number, please contact a NYT Production representative.
- You may also obtain the ad reservation number from the COF department in New York,
212-556-7777 , hit 3, then hit 1.
If you are submitting a bleed ad, please verify the file contains the required .125".
